Garage conversion

Studio Twenty Three were approached to design a garage conversion to allow the space to be connected to the main dwelling and provide a family kitchen-living area.

The L-shaped design promoted disconnected spaces, therefore the use of a corner bifold door provided transparency and visual connectivity. The doors can be fully folded to create an open corner allowing the inside and outside space to seamlessly connect.
